The Verandas of Punta Gorda III is the third and final phase of The Verandas of Punta Gorda. Phase III is a 72-unit family development that was developed in partnership with the Punta Gorda Housing Authority (PGHA). Verandas III serves family residents at 35% AMI and 60% AMI, with all units contained within four 3-story garden style building. This project received its final CO in February of 2025, and was delivered on-time and on-budget.
