Heritage Oaks

Heritage Oaks is an 80-unit senior affordable housing project being developed in partnership with the Pinellas County Housing Authority (PCHA). Financing includes 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and total development cost is projected to be $31,255,000. Heritage Oaks will serve tenants at 33% AMI, 50% AMI, and 60% AMI. Unit sizes include 1BR – 712sf and 2BR – 1,040sf, which are contained in three-story garden style buildings. This project is currently under construction and projected to finish in Q4 2025.
